Care and Use

Wash before first use. Hand wash promptly with mild soap and a soft sponge; do not soak or place in a dishwasher. Dry upright with airflow on both faces. Reapply a suitable food-contact board oil when the wood appears dry. Natural wood can vary in grain and color and can move with moisture. Do not use if split, deeply cracked, or unstable.
